Peanut butter and Oat Balls

I love Peanut butter and often just have a teaspoon of peanut butter to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. If you are a little peckish mid-morning or afternoon these Peanut butter balls are just the thing to eat to full up that empty gap. They are super easy and quick to make and can be stored cool in your fridge, they are so delicious I just love them.

So what did I put inside my Energy ball.

Ingredients

1 cup oats

4 tbsp peanut butter melted

honey

pumpkin seeds

dried cranberries

Method

1. Using a food processor blitz up the oats till fine

2. In a microwave melt he peanut butter

3. Add the peanut butter to the oats along with a few drizzles of honey, you may need to add more of both to form the balls

4. Next add in as many pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries as you would like

5. Combine all together and create the balls using the inside of your palm to roll a ball.
