Peanut Butter Cheese Cake Brownie's

I made these scrumptious brownies yesterday for my neighbours as they helped me out this week with looking after our new puppy Stanley. I am a huge fan of chocolate and peanut butter so I though of adding them together. The combination is perfect. It was a typical rainy day so these brownies with a cup of tea in the afternoon was great.

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 eggs

1 cup self raising flour

Peanut butter Cheese Cake

200g cream cheese

1/2 cup butter

1 egg

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Method

1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees

2. Melt together the dark chocolate and butter together in the microwave

3. Mix in the sugar, vanilla and eggs one at a time

4. Sift in the flour and mix

5. Pour in a greased brownie baking dish - set aside

6. In a separate bowl mixx all cheese cake ingredients together

7. Pour evenly over the brownie mixture

8. Place in the oven for 45 mins
