Butternut Pie

Ingredients

1 cup milk

250 ml cream

3 cups cooked mashed butternut

4 tsp butter

3 tsp baking powder

1 cup flour

1/3 cup sugar

4 eggs

Method

1. Mix all dry ingredients together

2. Add beaten egg and milk mixture

3. Add butternut, cream and butter

4. Pour in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1hour 30 mins
