Strawberry and Mixed berry Chai Breakfast Jar

Ingredients

4 Tbsp Chai seeds

1 Cup Almond Milk

Half a cup mixed berries

5 Strawberries

Home made Granola

4 tbsp greek yoghurt

Method

1. Mix together the chai seeds and almond milk you can do this the night before

2. Slice the strawberries and mash them in a bowl

3. Add in the yoghurt

4. In another bowl mash the mixed berries

5. To assemble, divide the mixed berries into two glass jars, next add the chai pudding and to top off with the strawberries and yoghurt.

6. I made some homemade granola to go on top of the breakfast jar, it is healthy as so yummy.

Homemade Granola

1 Cup oats

Half a cup of Almonds

3 tsp coconut oil

4 tsp ruce syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

Method- preheat the oven to 180 degrees

1. Chop up the almonds and place on a baking tray that has been covered with non stick baking paper along with the oats

2. Cook for 15 minutes

3. In a small microwavable bowl add the coconut oil, rice syrup and cinnamon, microwave for 15 seconds

4. Pour over the oats and cook in the oven for another 5 minutes

5. Turn the oven off and let the oats continue to dry in the hot oven.

This is also great to have plain with some greek yoghurt
