Oat, Dates, Almond Butter and Sesame Energy Balls
Having those mid morning or afternoons cravings for something to snack on? These energy balls are just the thing that you are looking to for. They are healthy and full that craving gap.
Ingredients
300 g Dates unseeded
125 g Almonds
3/4 cup Oats
1/2 cup Shreeded coconut
3 Tblsp Almond Butter
2 Tblsp Rice Syrup
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Method
1. Add the sesame seeds to a hot pan for 1 minute
2. Thinly slice the dates and Almonds or you can use a food processor
3. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together with ur hands
4. Using a teaspoon take out some of the mixture and use your hands to roll a ball
5. Roll the ball in the shredded coconut
You can store these in the fridge in a glass jar or container.
