Cocoa and Pomegranate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 cup oats

150 g greek yoghurt

1 banana mashed

2 tsp cocoa

1 pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup almond milk

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Divide the mixture into two equal portion serving bowls

3. Refrigerate in the fridge over night

We are off to London today for the week so I made us some overnight oats for a quick breakfast before we head off. I have become a big fan of making overnight oats for for breakfast. I like to make these in the evening just before we go to bed, you can leave the oats to soak overnight in the fridge, they are so simple to make and what I love is that you can make so many different variations.
