Chocolate, Protein Oat Crumpets

Ingredients Makes 8-10

2 Large Bananas

3 eggs

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

1/2 tsp of baking powder

Olive oil

Honey

Strawberries

Method

1. Mash the banana's in a bowl

2. Stir in the Rolled oats, Protein powder and baking powder

3. Drizzle over some olive oil on a hot pan.

4. Use a serving spoon to spoon out the crumpet mixture into the pan

5. Cook evenly on both sides

6. Once the crumpet batter is finished, stack your crumpets on top of each other.

7. Slice up some strawberries and place on the top of the crumpet, and drizzle over some honey.

If you looking to eat something different and healthy for breakfast these crumpets are too delicious, my husband loves them before he heads off to rugby training in the morning, we like to add a dollop of greek yoghurt drizzled with some honey. They are really too delicious, The protein and oats keeps your tummy very satisfied.
