Overnight Banana Oats
Overnight Banana and Peanut butter Oats
Ingredients - serves 2
3/4 cup oats
1 banana
1 tsp peanut butter
1 cup of greek yoghurt
1/2 cup almond milk
Method
1. Mash the banana in a bowl
2. Mix in the peanut butter, and half the greek yoghurt
3. Pour in the almond milk and oats, mix well
5. Spoon the mixture into a glass jar or cup
6. leave in the fridge for overnight
So I made these overnight oats last night so we could wake up to something yummy in the morning instead of our usual breakfast. They are a great way to start off your day and you can make quite a few variations of overnight oats which I will be sharing with you all. I like to add some fruit, nuts or dried berries along with some greek yoghurt. Enjoy the recipe. Bon Appetit!
