Garlic and Butter Prawns
Ingredients
6 cloves of garlic
50 g butter
30 prawns
Method.
1. Crush the Garlic
2. Make sure you have a sauce pan on a high heat
3. Add the garlic and 25 g butter simmer for a minute
4. Add all the prawns
5. Add the left over butter
6. Simmer on a high heat until the prawns have changed to an orange colour, have curled and their eyes have popped
Great for a starter dish when entertaining served right from the hot saucepan.
We ate the prawns for lunch accompagnied with a cheese board,
baguettes and some white wine. It was too delicious.
