Choc, Mocha Mug Cakes
Ingredients 2 Mug cakes
1 egg
3 tbsp veg oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp coco powder
1 cup flour
5 tbsp of milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
Coffee, coco sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp coco
1 tsp instant coffe
1/4 cup hot water
Cream Cheese Icing
100 g cream cheese
1/2 cup Icing sugar
Ingredients
1. In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients, flour, coco, baking powder and sugar
2. In a separate bowl whisk the egg, add the milk, vanilla essence,vegetable oil
3. Combine the wet ingredients to the dry do not over mix
4. Spoon out into two mugs, make sure you fill each up half way.
5. Pour over the hot coffee coco sauce
6. Place separately in the microwave for 2,5 minutes
7. In a bowl mix together the cream cheese and castor sugar with an electric beater
8. Spoon over a dollop of cream cheese over each chocolate mug
So yummy to eat warm straight from the microwave, you can also serve with some Vanille Ice-cream or topped with the cream chese icing.
