Christmas High Tea in Montpellier
Its Christmas in Montpellier and I couldn't think of a better way to get the festivities on the go with a Christmas High Tea at "chez moi" with the Rugby Wives Abroad.
I had so much fun in the kitchen putting together these amazing christmas treats for this special occasion.
I know we all enjoyed eating them on a chilly winters morning in Montpellier with a good cup of hot coffee and tea
So what was on the menu at my High Tea so you can look forward to some really fun easy christmas recipes.
I first made some some savoury snacks, to start with,
1. Spinach, Feta, Rosa Tomato's and Caramalised onion Tart.
2. Mini Christmas tree and star puff pastry's topped with three different topppings.
- Fig and nut cream cheese with bacon bits
- Basil pesto, mozzarella and rosa tomato's -Basil pesto, caramalised onion and f
eta cheese
Then to the naughty naughty christmas treats.
My favorite part
1. Chocolate chip and coconut cookies
2. Mini pink chocolate chip muffins, topped with white chocolate and sprinkled with some coconut
3. Mini double thick chocolate muffins, topped white chocolate cream cheese and a christmas cherry hat.
4. Oreo Truffles
It was such a fun morning with these lovely girls they really are the closest thing to a family when you live so far away from home. Thanks for joining me and being my recipe testers for the blog.
